The Automation Blueprint
A fixed-price, fixed-scope analysis of your business and the automation that genuinely fits it. You get a written plan, honest numbers and a sequenced roadmap — whether or not you ever build it with us.
Four questions, answered properly, before you spend anything.
Every serious conversation about automation stalls on the same four questions. Most agencies answer them with a proposal, which is to say with optimism. We answer them with a piece of work.
Is automation right for my business?
What are the best strategies to use?
What sort of return should I expect?
How much is this going to cost?
The Blueprint is deliberately separable from the build. You are buying analysis and a plan, not a foot in the door. A meaningful number of Blueprints end with us recommending a smaller project than the client expected — and a few end with us recommending nothing at all.
Included in every Blueprint
- A structured discovery workshop with you and your key people
- A technical audit of your current stack, data and integrations
- A documented map of your customer journey as it works today
- A gap analysis: where leads leak, where time is lost, where data breaks
- A prioritised roadmap sequenced by impact against effort
- Platform recommendations with licensing costs stated plainly
- An implementation estimate in time and money, with assumptions listed
- A written report and a live walkthrough session
Typically two to three weeks, start to finish
Scoping call
A free 30-minute conversation and our ten-question survey. We confirm the Blueprint is appropriate, agree the scope and quote a fixed fee.
Discovery
Workshops with the people who actually run the process, plus read-only access to the systems so we can see the reality rather than the description.
Analysis
We map the journey, model the opportunity, test the integrations and pressure-test our own assumptions before writing anything down.
Delivery
The written Blueprint, a live walkthrough with your team, and a follow-up window for questions. The document is yours to use however you like.
A fixed fee, agreed up front, with no variation.
Blueprint fees are quoted after the scoping call and depend on the size of the business, the number of systems in scope and how many people we need to interview. They are quoted as a single fixed figure, in writing, before any work begins — there is no hourly creep and no change-order theatre.
If you go on to commission an implementation with us within 90 days, the Blueprint fee is credited in full against the first invoice. If you don’t, you still own the document and are entirely free to build it yourself or hand it to another supplier.
Fees are quoted in AED or USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Full commercial terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
If we don’t believe automation will pay for itself in your business, the Blueprint will say so in the first paragraph.
It has happened. It will happen again. We would rather lose a build than sell you one you didn’t need.
About the Blueprint
How much of our time does it take?
Realistically, four to six hours across the engagement: a kick-off workshop of roughly ninety minutes, one or two shorter interviews with the people running the day-to-day process, and the walkthrough session at the end. We do the rest from the systems and the documentation.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to the relevant systems wherever possible — CRM, email platform, analytics, website admin and helpdesk. We work under a mutual confidentiality agreement, use named individual logins rather than shared credentials, and hand access back at the end.
Is the report actually usable by another supplier?
Yes, deliberately. It names platforms, describes the required logic, sets out the sequencing and states the assumptions. It is written to be executed by any competent team, which is the only way it can be an honest document.
What if we already know what we want built?
Then you may not need a Blueprint, and we will tell you that on the scoping call. Where the requirement is clear and the stack is simple, we go straight to a scoped project proposal.
Do you sign an NDA?
Routinely. We are happy to sign yours or to provide ours, and confidentiality obligations apply from the first conversation regardless of whether anything is signed.
