1. Acceptable use of this website

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use it in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, is fraudulent or has a fraudulent purpose or effect, or seeks to harm or attempt to harm any person.

You must not, without our written permission: reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes; systematically extract data from the Site by scraping, crawling or similar automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing; use the Site or its content to train a machine-learning or generative model; introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored or any connected server, computer or database; or attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack.

Breaching this policy may constitute a criminal offence in some jurisdictions. We may report any such breach to the relevant authorities and disclose your identity to them. We may withdraw your right to use the Site immediately for any breach.

This policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, as set out in our Terms of Service.
