The premise

Most businesses don’t have an automation problem. They have a process problem that automation makes louder.

Automate a good process and it compounds. Automate a bad one and you simply make the same mistake faster, at greater cost, in front of more customers.

So we start with the work itself: where leads actually come from, where they stall, what your team re-types, which numbers nobody trusts. Only then do we decide what should be automated, what should be redesigned first, and what is fine exactly as it is. It is a slower opening and a considerably cheaper one.

Senior only

You work directly with the people building the system. No account layer between the brief and the build.

Fixed price up front

Diagnosis and blueprint are quoted as a fixed fee, so the thinking never becomes an open meter.

You own it

Documented, transferable, and built in your accounts. Retain us because it works, not because you're locked in.

What we do

Six disciplines, delivered as one system

Engagements rarely stay inside one box. A CRM migration exposes a reporting gap; a reporting gap exposes a campaign that was never worth running. We work across all six so the seams are ours to solve, not yours to manage.

01

Marketing Automation

Lifecycle campaigns that keep working when nobody is at a desk.

Capture, segmentation, behavioural triggers, nurture and re-engagement sequences, abandoned-checkout recovery, list hygiene and deliverability. Built around your actual buying cycle rather than a template someone else was sold.

02

AI Automation

Judgement applied at scale — only where it is safe to apply it.

Enquiry triage and routing, qualification, document and transcript summarisation, drafted replies held for human sign-off, data enrichment and agent workflows wired into the systems you already run. Every deployment ships with guardrails and an escalation path.

03

CRM

One record of truth for every contact, deal and conversation.

Platform selection, migration and data-model design. Pipeline and stage architecture, deduplication, permissions, and the integration work that connects the CRM to billing, support, marketing and the website. Adoption matters more than features, so we train for it.

04

Consulting

The thinking that has to happen before anyone builds anything.

Process mapping, stack audits, feasibility and return modelling, and fixed-price Automation Blueprints that set out what to automate, what to leave alone, what it costs and in what order. Available as a standalone engagement or as retained advisory.

Web

Pages and portals built to convert, and wired into everything behind them.

Landing pages, client centres, member areas, booking journeys and e-commerce checkouts. Forms post straight into the automation rather than into an inbox, and every page carries the tracking needed to tell you whether it worked.

06

Reporting

Numbers specific enough to act on before the month closes.

Source and attribution tracking, pipeline and revenue dashboards, campaign and cohort reporting, warehousing where volume justifies it, and alerting so the exceptions find you instead of waiting to be found.

How we work

Four stages. You can stop after any of them.

The sequence exists so the expensive decisions are made on evidence and the cheap ones are made early.

01

Diagnose

A 30-minute call, then a structured look at how work actually moves through the business — process, stack, data, and the places people quietly compensate for a broken handover.

02

Blueprint

A written, fixed-price plan. What to automate, what to leave alone, the expected return, the cost and the order of work. Yours to keep, whether or not we build it.

03

Build

Configuration, integration, copy, design, migration and testing. We build in stages you can see, and nothing goes live until it has been run against real data.

04

Optimise

Documentation and training so your team owns the system, then measurement and iteration. Retained where it helps, handed over cleanly where it doesn't.

In their words

“I’ve worked with Jamie and his team on lots of projects over the last 14 years and his mixture of technical, marketing, and general business know-how and perspective has been instrumental in making some projects fly when they otherwise would have probably failed.”
Prashant Patel · Owner, Daddy Marketing

The stack

Platform-literate, not platform-loyal

We hold deep specialism in Ontraport — it remains our default for lifecycle automation in the region — while building on whatever the business already runs. Where a tool genuinely fits, we say so. Where it doesn’t, we say that too, before the licence is signed.

Automation

Ontraport, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Make, n8n, Zapier

CRM & sales

Ontraport, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho

AI

Claude, OpenAI, retrieval pipelines, custom agent workflows

Web & data

WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Looker Studio, BigQuery

How we behave

Four commitments we’ll hold ourselves to

We’ll tell you not to buy it

If the honest answer is a better spreadsheet, one new hire, or fixing the handover between sales and delivery, that is the answer you’ll get. It has cost us work. We’d rather keep the reputation.

Bespoke, because boutique

We take a small number of clients at a time and design for the business in front of us. There is no productised package waiting to be reshaped around your brief.

Documented as we go

Every automation ships with a written map of what it does, what triggers it and what breaks it. Handover is part of the build, not an invoice line at the end.

Measured, or it didn’t happen

Tracking and reporting are scoped into the work from day one, so the question of whether the system paid for itself has an answer rather than an opinion.

Start here

A 30‑minute call. No deck, no pitch.

Tell us what the business does, where the manual work piles up, and what growth is supposed to look like. We will tell you whether automation is the answer — including when it isn't.
